ALOHA

This week Dan and I went to Alton Towers which was so much fun I feel like I have post holiday blues (sad I know) because we had such a good time and the queues were so short. We went on the Smiler which to be honest I was a bit disappointed, I think it's because there has been so much hype that it was never going to meet the exception for me. Don't get me wrong I enjoyed it and it was a good rollercoaster but nothing mind blowing. Thirteen has to be a new favourite, it isn't a big ride that loops round and round but it was just really good fun with a great surprise which I think has been a well kept secret. We also went to the Water park inside Splash Landings (this is where we stayed) and that is great fun, if you haven't been then it is defiantly worth a trip.

I am a huge fan of Theme parks I have been so lucky to have been to many different parks around the world. I continue to love them and it makes me feel like a kid again, with the lovely warm donuts and hot dogs and the music, it's just a great experience.

TIP TIME: Dan and I got it super cheap because we booked it in January and also went the week all the schools went back. This is the best time to go for queues and prices. We have been a couple of times around the same date and I would recommend this time to anyone.
